Ken Denton served as a team member on both the 2001 and 2004 EIS teams. Ken Denton and Christi Denton served as the team lead, lead writer, and writer-editor, as well as providing data management for the 2007 EIS. Following the issuance of the Record of Decision in 2007, Denton and Denton Environmental helped to respond to lawsuits.

Ken Denton was a team member on the EIS team, and wrote the portion of Chapter 2 describing the alternatives. In addition, he wrote and compiled all of the Standards and Guidelines and conducted implementation training.
